Also this from the D-Day board:
"Big updates 2012
Regardless of what is floating around out there we are working hard to bring you one of the most exciting games this year! This is just some of what we have put together and are working on for our players in 2012.
ENTIRELY NEW REF STAFF PROVIDED BY THE FRATERNAL ORDER OF THE POLICE! TRAINING BEGINS VERY SOON!
Mini Games mon-wed: games for fun with the inclusion of Vendor Prizes and Special on field prizes. These games will be as they have always been played with the exception that they will be divided by participation not color.(Although hopper covers will be used for teams)
To include:
· Vendor Product-Tickets for Prizes given to participants. These Players will receive the goodies that the vendors bring to Oklahoma D-DAY for our 15th Anniversary.
· Instantre-insertion cards for players to get free re spawn during D-DAY (20) total Winners will be given an additional Honor Card with their respective player Information to avoid foul play during Saturdays big event. Meaning that player shows his card at the DZ and gets to go right back into the game. ( More fun Prizes and exciting incentives).
· Possible new game formats T.B.A.
Sea Lion will be played Thursday on UTAH! Just as last year changing sides is always fun! With regards to the new location it should give those of you that fight the good fight on Utah a chance to show us what you’re made of! One of the fiercest playing fields that D-DAY has to offer is up for grabs!
Friday Mini Game will be the D-DAY Elite Challenge. ( No point liability to effect Saturday! )
· Red-Blue with an Annual Trophy will be awarded to the side that wins.
· Game will be Objective based and centered on the communication of the T.O.C.
· The location of the game will be determined by D.D.A.P. Staff and Information about the game will only be given to T.O.C. operators during the week of D-DAY.
· 2-3 hour game.
THERE MAY BE UP TO $1000.00 IN ADDED VALUE TO THE SIDE THAT WINS PROVIDED BY LOCAL AND NATIONAL VENDOR SUPPORT! THESE FUNDS OR PRIZES WILL GO TOWARD THE GROWTH OF THE RESPECTIVE SIDE THAT WINS THE CUP TO SUPPORT GROWTH! ( THIS IS BIG! ).
· This game is meant to bring some new flavor to Oklahoma D-DAY and to utilize some of the amazing tools that have developed over the past few years. The excitement of this game is that it will be a real life situation versus a game played out with strategy throughout the year. It is meant for those that want to have fun and show what it really means to be a D-DAY soldier. We hope that some of this information clears up alot of the confusion that is out there and gets everyone excited about what is coming your way! Global "

I'll be going for sure. I need to register pretty soon. What days does everyone typically show up that week?
